Drivers and SDK
Provides the ability to access Grabba devices and capabilities (e.g. barcode scanning) from within your own applications.
Grabba IB add-on for driver
This add-on provides a bridge between the Integrated Biometrics SDK and the Grabba Driver, allowing the use of the Integrated Biometrics fingerprint scanner in an -IBS device. This add-on contains Grabba's modifications to Libusb 1.0 of Integrated Biometrics SDK v1.8.5 to interface it to the Grabba Driver.
Debug bridge
The Grabba Debug Bridge for Android allows developers to debug Grabba hardware enabled applications without having to unplug the Android device to plug in Grabba hardware.
Keyboard wedge
Grabba Keyboard provides a new Android input method. The Grabba Keyboard allows you to get the result from a successful scan into any input on the screen of your Android device.


Apple

Software - 1.0 series

Grabba’s older driver series, which are being phased out in favour of the 2.0 series. Support and bug fixes will continue until January 2018, but no new features of significance will be added.

Grabba browser
It is possible to use the Grabba Browser to scan data using an attached Grabba device into the active field on the website you are using. The Grabba Browser also allows you to interact with the Grabba to check which technologies are available and other information such as the battery level.
GRCatalog
This iPhone application source code is a catalog exhibiting many Grabba technologies supported in the Grabba Driver framework along with examples on how to access pre-compiled UI elements.

Remote Procedure Call (RPC)

Grabba's RPC server and protocol, which allows client applications (including web apps) to access the driver without linking against it

Current generation of the Grabba Protocol and associated server application.

Grabba RPC SDK
The Grabba RPC SDK includes a full protocol definition in Protocol Buffers v3 format, along with full HTML documentation of the protocol. This protocol may be used from applications written in C++, C#, Go, Java, JavaScript, Objective-C, Python or Ruby, and client applications may be written on or for any platform. Connection to Grabba devices is accomplished via a Grabba Server application running on the phone or tablet connected to the Grabba device. At present, the Grabba Server is only available on the Windows platform, but it is expected to be ported to Android in future, and may also be ported to iOS.


Cordova

Grabba’s Cordova plugin, for writing cross-platform web applications, and associated documentation

Software - 1.0 series

Grabba’s older plugin series, which is being phased out in favour of the 2.0 series. Support and bug fixes will continue until January 2018, but no new features of significance will be added.

Plugin
The Cordova plugin allows you to use standard web technologies - HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript for cross-platform development.

Software - 2.0 series

Grabba’s next-generation plugin; not yet available, but currently expected to be released in the first quarter of 2017.
